Overview

Rägoväb Hängÿ Ckez was founded durring the early 11th century, by Trînhë Perÿdotqug. The establishment of Rägoväb Hängÿ Ckez was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Rägoväb Hängÿ Ckez's construction back out of the project. Trînhë Perÿdotqug pushed on reguardles, and Rägoväb Hängÿ Ckez was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Rägoväb Hängÿ Ckez was built using the conventions of Dwarvern durring the early 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Rägoväb Hängÿ Ckez is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Rägoväb Hängÿ Ckez is buildings are speckled and packed arround broad packed earth streets with seemingly no patern to them. It appears as if the town's residents simply built streets as they pleased and squeazed buildings in wherever and howeave rpossible, creating an organic, frustrating to navigate, maze of a town. The town posesses a mighty albit amaturly crafted stone wall. It was built using querried stone blocks and posesses all of the standard defencive features, including a few watch towers. While it would last against a siege, the wall's outdated and simplistic construction method percludes the possability of Rägoväb Hängÿ Ckez weathering a full scale bombardment durring a siege. The budget focused millitary grade defenses has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.

Even the most brief look arround Rägoväb Hängÿ Ckez has a good chance of putting a church or shrine into the center of your view. The town is most certainly a god fearing community. It’s also definitely a god loving community. THe streetcornors are occupied by preachers, with the occasional intersection playing host to an actually friendly debate relating to the merits of various gods. Even the less popular as well as the less politically loved gods seem to have a space in Rägoväb Hängÿ Ckez, there’s even shrines to gods known to the region only through hearsay.

Cultural Notes

Rägoväb Hängÿ Ckez is led by one or more incompetents. While they must have been very good at something to have acquired the position, they are fundamentally incapable of leading. Uncontrolled passions or lusts, commitment to a hopelessly impractical ideal, pigheaded obstinacy in the face of failure, a total lack of charisma or interpersonal skills, or profound laziness might all unfit them for their post.

Rägoväb Hängÿ Ckez's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known primarily for its use of abstraction and simplicity. Clean lines, right angles, and primary colors characterized this aesthetic and art movement expressed via architecture and paintings. Its design ethos allows only primary colors and non-colors, only squares and rectangles, only straight and horizontal or vertical lines. Vertical and horizontal lines are positioned in layers or planes that do not intersect, thereby allowing each element to exist independently and unobstructed by other elements. These seemingly impossible principals for an architectural style coalesces into structures which most experts find hard to put into words. It is not that their geometry is impossible, but rather the style's attempt at producing works only describable visually was most successful..

Due to the actions of local Kami, autumn is skipped in Rägoväb Hängÿ Ckez.

The Bloodbrush near Rägoväb Hängÿ Ckez are known to be a mutant strain of the creature.

Rägoväb Hängÿ Ckez's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in winter and involves reenactments to channel Truename Magic energies of tier 1 via moments of science.
